    Horrible, find another hotel

    Awful service and dirty facilities. The employees look to the ground when you say hello. I had a problem with my reservation when checking-in and the employee Marika Kostic at the reception was everything but polite or nice. She didn't welcome us ( something basic when arriving to an hotel) , she just told me that she couldn't find my reservation and she ordered us to wait. We asked twice to speak with the manager and she just gave us a look. 40 minutes later I asked her how long should it take to have the problem fixed and she answered me "you are not the only guest here" . When she finally confirmed my reservation she just gave me the key and she told us we had un upgrade, but it wasn't true, because I had the same room that my friend, but with no view...
    The hotel could be a nice one, but instead is just a dirty place with horrible service, bad food and bad cocktails, very limited options at breakfast, old towels with holes and lots of uneducated people. I won't come back and I highly advise you to look for another place to stay.
