The staffs were nice. But other factors were not satisfactory.
First, on room condition, the hotel did not provide shaving gel, paper slippers and toothepaste. The wall was too thin that I could even hear people from the next room. The noise-barrier ability of room and the strength of bed should be fixed.
Second, the locaion was bad. It was a bit far from the light rail station. I had to walk 15 minutes. But more importantly was the creation of sigificant amount noise from the near airport. It made me wake up early every day.
Third, they did not provide luaggae keeping services. It was discouraging to hear a hotel not to watch the baggaes for their clients. They could just assign the check-in counter staffs to look at them by putting them into the spaces behind workdesk. That simple.
