- 4Great satisfation!!!Mª - Apr 15, 2017
Mostly advantages. We discovered a clean hotel. Te room had a good size for both and well decorated.
The hotel has a very good location, five minutes far from the Tate, three minutes far from Southwark tube statation, then, near Thames river, the London Eye, and so on.
It was very well isolated, then we could rest properly.
Regarding breakfast, was the tipicaly British, having a wide range of food to choose. - 3.4Normal hotel without much pretentiousness.MANUEL - Feb 23, 2017
In both regards to the location, excellent. Close to Southwark station direct communication with all of London and also close to the south bank of the Thames.
But the service leaves something to be desired. We were requesting at reception for four days to provide us with adapters to use our electronic devices and always told us that they were all provided.
And at breakfast, a Portuguese girl proved not to have much education and service with the customer when at eight and five in the morning I asked her when they served the hot breakfast. She was annoyed by my question, she told me that I was very impatient and when they finally served breakfast and I thanked her, she looked at me and turned around without saying anything ..
I had to say thank you four times and go into the kitchen for her to respond. - 5A nice stay in LondonEvangelia - Jan 19, 2017
I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was very close to the underground and you could reach all the attractions of London promptly. However the brekfast was quite plain and no cheese and hamwas offered. Can you imagine that?
