I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND YOU TO EITHER!!!!!! This motel was the worst decision made for our cross country trip!!!!! We were greeted with a bad attitude as if, they\'d rather we didn\'t walk in the door! The clerk was very rude throughout our whole stay. The manager was no better. The laundry facility dryer failed to work. When I called the clerk in reference to my money lost in the dryer AND the fact that I still had wet clothing, she said she was going to call the laundry company right away. Well, right away didn\'t come for at least 2 hours, when I called back. As we were packing to leave, then another person from the front desk offered to dry our clothing in the housekeeping dryers......TOO LATE!!!! We had a time schedule to meet! Not to mention, the snide noises the clerk kept making toward my family. (Ughh) She did it to my kids as well as to me. When I went to the front desk to request the manager, he was not available and the attitude from this clerk just got worse! I had to demand the phone number for corporate. When I walked away from her desk, she again said "Ughh". After calling corporate, I then got a phone call in the room from the manager. Things only got worse! He yelled at me, called me a liar and told me that: "You only had 2 people on the reservation, but you came in with 6, you had 3 adults and 2 children here!" Did you catch that? 3+2=5.... Anyways, I had 4 people on the reservation, 2 adults and 2 children and that\'s who arrived. I was simply getting nowhere with the manager who stood up for his employee to the end, and never apologized for the way we were treated! So, I told him, "I will not argue with you, I will call corporate back again and place a complaint against you also"..... And that\'s just what I did!!! I then got an email from the same manager who yelled at me, and the email was without apology for the actions of himself or the clerk. In the end, we moved on and by keeping on top of this matter with corporate, I got my $ back for the stay! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR DO I RECOMMEND YOU TO EITHER!!!!!!
